What do you need to bring for the lesson
Ski suit and neck warmer
The right garment for cold weather will help you enjoy the experience more. Hot days can happen in spring time, the proper amount of layers can be decided with your instructor
Helmet, Skis, Poles
Your gear must fit you and your instructor will check it constantly from the first minute to the last run to make sure it stays functional.
Water
Hydratation is extremly important in any activity, especially on the mountains. Your instructor can easily carry a bottle or a flask in a back pack with other goods.
Sunscreen
The altitude and the white snow reflecting the sun rays makes them stronger, protecting your skin is essential.
